The Following is a copy/paste from my post at BITOG. Thought it may be of interest...
This run was used in conjunction with a Baldwin B253.
FWIW- My 4Runner loves this oil. By conventional wisdom xw-40 is too thick but it runs quieter and better than ever! There's no appreciable/measurable decrease in MPG compared with MC 5w-20 semi-synthetic. There is a noticeable improvement in general mechanical noise (these are crude, noisy engines). Most significantly it drives better than ever. The responsiveness is the best it's ever been. I think the VVti likes this oil a lot, that's all I can figure. For the first time ever it's pleasant to drive.
To any Taco/FJCruiser/4Runner drivers I'd highly recommend experimenting with some xw-40.
As far as my slightly elevated fuel... That's amazing! I spent two days at the house starting, pulling trees and then shutting it off. When I couldn't do anymore on the second day (my 46 yr old body isn't what it used to be) I went for a 5-6mile ride and then took the sample and voila! Raw fuel, go figure
