oil filter

I've been researching a little and found that the oil filter for the 4runner is 04152-YZZA5, or I can get a TRD filter which is PTR43-00079. I assume the only difference is that the TRD filter just has better media, right? And can I get the TRD filter from the dealer, I'm just curious because the toyota owners website didn't even mention the TRD filter?
