Oil Fiter and Drain Plug?

Does anyone know where the engine oil drain plug and the engine oil filter are? I checked my engine oil in my new 2010 SR5 4Runner and there is too much oil in the crankcase so I want to drain some out. Don't want to bring it back to the dealer for this. Thanks in advance.

Am I reading this right? Overfilled from the factory? Just do an oil change with filter. Search for the engine oil pan, there sould be a drain plug on it. As for the filter, I believe you have to remove the skid plate to get to it. Now a cartridge type.

I WOULD bring it back to the dealer! Let them know there is a problem so it is on record for the futrue, have them check all the other fluid levels as well, maybe that is not the only one doubled up!

The oil is only over the high mark on the dipstick by about 1/8" to 1/4" but I want to still remove the excess oil and while I was looking for the drain plug I figured I would look for the filter for the future.I think you have to remove the front skid plate to get to a cartridge type filter and that is why I don't see the traditional filter.
