Oil Leak from Oil Drain Plug

Hello fellow T4R owners. First post here, hope to be around for a long time. I just recently got my 2003 Sport Edition v6 about a month ago. Very clean 1-owner car and it looks like it was well taken care of. I performed an oil change 2 weeks ago and put a new crush washer on there and I'm almost certain I screwed the plug on there correctly. Today, however, I noticed a moderate pool of oil under my car. It looks like oil is leaking from the oil drain plug. Is it definitely the oil drain plug or could it be some other more nefarious reason? How would I diagnose it? Any one have the part # for the Toyota OEM oil drain plug? Thanks for the help!

When you threaded the drain plug in, how did the threads feel? Did thy feel rough or stripped?

you sure you didnt accidentally double gasket it? Since most times the gasket sticks to the pan? Its easily done.

The plug didn't feel stripped at all. Nothing out of the ordinary. I'm gonna get under the truck tomorrow and see just what is going on.

Are you sure it's the plug and not the filter leaking?
