I need to replace my oil pan gasket but this is my daily driver which I advarge about 50 miles a day. I'm planning on getting it fixed in the next two week. I keep oil in it all the time and always check it. Will it mess anything up by leaking?

it depends how bad its leaking.
How big is the puddle on the drive way after it sits?

You'll make a mess, but as long as you keep oil in it you'll be fine.
