I have a GPX file from an experienced overlander who's run the trip a couple times. His route is very similar to mine with a some extra distance. I'm thinking his version should be our route. I just got a Garmin this week and I'm still learning, so I'd like a lot if us to have the info. If anyone wants the file to load on their device PM me your email.

Pregame

2. Everyone selects a county other than Pottawatomie County. Every time Gary mentions your county, you take one drink. Take two drinks every time we see footage from your county. Take four drinks if a tornado touches down in your county.

Vici
Waukomis
Wayne (or Payne)
Weleetka
Wetumkah

3. Take two drinks every time Gary talks to Val Castor.

Three drinks

1. Take three drinks if we see footage from Val Castor.

2. Take three drinks if we see footage from Pottawatomie County.

3. Take three drinks if Gary mentions the following:

"Immediate tornado precautions"
"National Weather Service"
"Mesocyclone"
"Portable Radio"
"Take shelter"
"Tornado warning in effect until ..."

Four drinks

1. Take four drinks if Ranger 9 must land to refuel.

2. Take four drinks if Gary issues his own tornado warning, not recognized by the NWS or says the following:

"Will someone please answer that phone?" | "Do you see power flashes?"

3. Take four drinks if a shirt-less tornado victim is interviewed.

Finish your drink

1. Finish your drink if someone uses the word tornado as a verb or if Gary mentions the nearest cross streets to you.

2. If Gary says "We've lost Val," pour a little out for your homies and finish your drink.

I'm looking for an Oklahoma member from El Reno or somewhere close to there possibly. They owned a 2010 4runner trail with an arb front bumper, warn winch, black 18" wheels, rock sliders, it's lifted and has a rear tire carrier. They traded in their vehicle at a Chevy dealer in El Reno. Does this sound familiar to any Oklahoma members? The truck is for sale and wanted to see if there was anything else they could tell about it. Thanks for any help you all can provide.
 
Who knows? People are fickle. That rear tire carrier is awesome. I wonder where they got that? Maybe custom fab'd? Sweet rig. Buy it and join us on the 25th to break her it in!
 
Just found this thread. A little late notice but would you guys have room for another 4Runner?

The K-Trail is one I've been wanting to run for awhile but my schedule never works out. As it happens, I might be able to do this weekend.

If it is too many rigs no worries. Thanks.

We have had a lot back out so come on!! We have a thread going in the "off road" section of the forum as well.
 
So is there an official plan or schedule for this posted anywhere? I assume it is this weekend. I may consider joining either in the new runner or old depending on how difficult the k trail is. Dont want to tear up the 14 too much yet.
 
Just stumbled upon this thread. I'm new to this website and just bought my '14 4Runner. Just curious, anyone here from edmond? I'd like to find a place to do a little off-roading north of edmond. Any suggestions? We used to go out to lake liberty back in the day.
