Oklahoma Trail Runs 2014?

If there's still room mark me down as probable for the 7th. Ordered a ToyTec BOSS kit over the weekend along with a set of Cooper Discoverer ST Maxx 255/80/17 tires. I'll be at Grand the weekend of the 7th and can more than likely meet up at Disney. It's my mom's birthday but I am going to try and at least come out for a few hours at some point.

Considering the OME setup with the top spacers for a 3"/2" lift. Thinking I'd have to go medium up front since mine is a V8 Limited.

Then go up on the tire size a bit on the stock 18s and call it good. I'm not going to ever do anything too crazy with it (it's my DD).

My main concern is not screwing up the comfort on the street since it will still be my DD. And I know from my experience with motorcycles and track cars, better suspensions are worth the money and typically well setup coilovers even with high spring rates will ride great if the valving has been setup for the motion ratio and spring rate.

So I'm also considering maybe the Radflo setup or ? And anything else I should possible do? Like disconnects for the front sways or ?

I'm the kind of guy that likes to go in, do it all at once and be done with it.

OME, Radflo, ICON. Toytec are all good. Just depends how fancy you want to get. I really like my toytec setup. It rides very nicely and performs well offroad too. I'm sure the higher-end stuff (ICON) performs better under extreme conditions....especially high-speed....but my toytec has performed well and never let me down. I've heard guys say the OME stuff rides a little stiffer than the others. I wouldn't mess with sway disconnects; doesn't sound like you'll need them for what you want to do. The benefit of sway disconnects on our IFS is debatable anyway. You can always come along and do whatever you're comfortable with in you're stock rig. It would give you a chance to see the stuff we're running and maybe ride along on trails to see how it looks, rides, etc.

0800 at the IHOP next to Hard Rock in Catoosa. We're going to have breakfast then drive up to Disney. Because it's supposed to rain quite a bit this week, we will check that morning to be sure the water levels are low enough below the dam for wheeling. If the water is too high, we'll probably go to Gruber. If the weather is really bad and actively raining, I'd still like to meet-up and have breakfast (what do you guys think?). Either way, be ready for MUD! Feel free to bring SO's as several of us are planning on bringing wives and kids along. Pack your own lunch for afterward. Who's coming?

I unfortunately will not be able to make it, the wife has been traveling since last Tuesday for work and won't be home until late Thursday evening.

She has already expressed the desire to sit at the house and do nothing.

Sounds like a good plan to me. Like we discussed, we'll make the call on where we go after breakfast and a call to Hogan's, but I think we'll be just fine with planning on Disney and I don't think the weather will affect us much, as this is Oklahoma and the weather changes every 5 minutes... haha! Wheeling in the rain just makes it more fun! lol

I'll have Tiffany and our 3 year old with me. Also, @KCCO-T4R is 98% as of 5 minutes ago and Jeff V. is still 100% as far as I know. I don't think you're missing anyone!
