One day I walk into the lot of the Olathe, Toyota dealer and this salesman asks me if I know how much 4-Runner cost. Like i'm some frigging kindergarden graduate. I tell him-yes, I know exactly how much it cost. Then he's got balls to tell me that my montly payments will be ~ $700. In other words he is checking if I can afford the car. No respect what so ever. He did not even open doors hood or tailgate. Not even mentioning test drive. Those must be too pressious for him. I live in KC, and there are at least 7 dealers in the area. I got my 2004 Sports Edition from another dealer month later. The one that did not take me for some kid thats only drools about new cars. Come on people, evolve. The new generation is not your average suit and tie outfit. Can't judge the book by it's cover, remember?
