Has anyone installed a OME lift on a 2007? Do any other modifications need to be made to prevent premature failure of any other parts? Also, does the OME fix the front from sittting lower than the rear?

Anyone have pictures of this install?

I have it installed on my 06, but any 03+ install will be the same in the requirements/results. Try searching "OME" there is a ton of info posted on this site.

I just wanted to make sure that the cv joints in the front wouldn't have any extra stress on them due to the OME lift. IF so, how can this be corrected?

Your runner looks amazing! I'm looking for the same results.....

I have a 3" lift and I put a front differential drop kit on to ease the angles on the cv's. Its easy to do, just a couple spacers on the diff mount and a couple to lower the skid plate.

you can get the OME 3" kit and the diff drop for a good price on Toytec's website.

The kit includes a small top plate spacer for the front to lift the nose to the same height as the rear.

By the way mines not a total OME. I have toytec spacers in the front and OME coils in the rear. Although long term plans are OME coils with shocks at all four corners.

I'm glad I came across this thread, good point brought up...
I'm looking to get the Daystar 2.5/1.5" lift kit for my Runner, would it also be wise or recommended that I install the Toytec Diff drop kit in as well? I would like to minimize any premature wear that a lift kit would stress on the drivetrain.

Wish I could remember the guys name at Slee Offroad, but he really knows his stuff when it comes to the T4R and the OME setup. He was more than willing to spend 30+ minutes on the phone discussing their experience with the setup and his recommendations.

For a little extra $ they will even pre-build your front coilovers making it a very easy plug and play install.
