It's amazing how long I've been waiting for this to come. It almost doesn't feel real. Anyways, onto the journey. Install total took about 2 hours this includes front/rear coils, poly bushing kit, and diff drop. Total install labor fee was 170 because I helped the entire time. On to the pics

Right when I got it I unpacked everything and put it in my car, ready to go to the shop haha

Before we started the rear coils we changed the bushings. I'm glad I got the new ones, check out one of the old ones

That rig is starting to look pretty tough!! Nice. The windsheild sticker gives it a 'competition rig' look.

However.... I really hate giving negative feedback and usually dont, but please repaint your doors! The grey bit looks terrible. Looks like you're 1/2 way through some sort of repair, especially since you didnt do the front fenders or the bullbar.
No offence, just my opinion...

haha no worries man, anyone unable to take constructive criticism needs to either lighten up or toughen up.

i agree with you on the doors/bumper. however this is a base coat, so technically i am half way done haha. The rocker panels and rear bumper will be going to a charcoal/graphite color by the end of the month. followed up by a clear sealant then i will be done, but i agree it doesn't look to great. i'll get your attention once the final coat is on and see what you think

How pumped? Saving up for a lift now, and am leaning heavily towards the OME. Just a couple of questions:

those springs...are they the heavy duty or the medium duty. Also what shocks? also that is a straight spring lift correct? Is the ride ALOT more truck like compared to a newer stock suspension or just a bit? What size tire is pictured?

Thanks

Looks very NICE

using stock struts/coils.

fronts are 882 (heavy duty)
rear are 890 (medium duty)

the ride is stiffer but you can adjust to the firmess easier by changing driving habits slightly. i have no problem with it at all

those are 265/75s on 16x8 rockcrawlers. getting either 285/75s or 305/70s in a week or so
