OME 885, 895 how much lift?

anyone know how much lift the setup of an OME 885 and 895 lift will give you?
Any since they say heavy duty will the ride worsen?

I'm certainly no expert in this area, but from what I've read here, I think the OME set-up gives 3" of lift. Also I believe the OME gives a nicer ride than a spacer lift or coil overs. Some complaints about spacers and coil overs stiffening up the ride.
