OME and Bilstein help

So, i know people ask this a lot, but i have had trouble finding a thread specific to my question, so im just going to start another and ask it, so help would be appreciated.

I have Ome 891 and ome heavy shocks in the rear, and just a front 2.5 spacer in the front. I want to get rid of the spacer and put Ome 883 coils with bilstein 5100s, but i only want it to be 3 inches of lift.

I am confused as to what setting to put my 5100s at in order to achieve the desired 3 inches.

AND should i put a 1.5 inch spacer in the rear? Or would my 891s sit level OR a little above the 5100s and 883s?

Bottom setting is the only one that will work on the 5100's with the 883's. However, you should really keep the OME coils paired with the OME shocks on the front of these trucks.
 
I was having trouble finding the ome struts to match. I'd be happy if I could do all ome. That's what's in the rear and I love it.
 
So you're saying that if I do run the 5100s, have them set to 0 lift?
Correct. The 5100's are designed to work with the stock springs. The 883's themselves should give you 3" of lift. You don't need to pre load them with the spring perch adjustments on the shock. If you do, at ride hight the shock would be fully extended and you would have little to no down travel. This will give you not only a horrible ride, but it will likely damage your shock.

No I don't have a bumper or winch. At the moment.... Haha.

AND one more thing, I have Omr 891s in the back, should I add a 1.5 spacer to those? or will my rear still be taller.

If you did have a bumper and a winch would it be okay to use the second notch on the 5100's? Without damaging them ?
 
Just like everyone said, lowest setting. I just did the exact lift this ost weekend. It’s even all around 24” from hub to fender

Wanted to get clarification. I have 2016 4runner sr5. I’ve seen people posting that OME 883 w/ Bilsteins at 0 give 1.25” lift while others say it gets 3”. What should I actually expect (with no additional weight)?

FYI You are asking for a 6th gen, your question is posted in a 3rd gen forum. Although, if I recall, 5/6th gen's and FJ's are similar. I think you would need an 885 or 886 for a 3 inch yield. I ran 883's on our FJ and was around 1.25/1.5"

The newest and current 4Runner is 5th Gen. 2010-Current.
