installed OME 891 coils in rear with procomp 9000 shocks and tundra bilstein 5-way adjustable shocks up front with OME 883 coils. Perch is on lowest setting. My ride height is like 24" center of hub to bottom of fender flare in the rear (about 4" of lift). and I'm only getting the front height at about 22.5" (2.5 in" lift). is it safe to move the perch on the next level up to give me some more lift? I also have a Revtec diffdrop. I would like it to sit more level...

are you sure, i'm running OME 883 with tundra 5100 on the lowerst perch and im sitting @ 23.3/8" fender to center hub and im 23.5" out back on LC7?
 
Do you have extra weight, bumpers, winch, tools? Those are med coils and without weight will give extra height and rough ride. I run extra weight on my LC coils and 881's up front and its still a little stiff on the ome coils. Also you want to drive it around for a week or so to let the new coils settle. The fronts wont settle much but the rear should a little. The next setting may be okay but just look at the cv angle. Lowest setting is best ride and less chance of over extending cv's and other components. If you have the rear stock cone bump stops installed you can remove them and you will lose .5 to .75" in rear ride height. Also make sure all the coils are fully seated. If not it will cause the coil to preload just like if you have a spacer installed.

I have my front Tundra 5100's on the second perch. I am running 8 wrap LC's in the back that gave me 5" inches of lift. The 2" rake was way to much so I bumped them up to the 2nd. I haven't had any issues in the last 6 months, though I have only done light off-roading. It did split both my inner boots when I first lifted it, but I'm pretty sure they were the originals. As far as ride quality, I did notice it was a little rougher in the front, but nothing that bothered me. My last ride was a Saab convertible though, so I was use to much rougher suspension.

Hmmm this is interesting

Im running the 891s in the back and have almost the exact same lift height, about 23 3/4" give or take.

But the front is whats making me wonder, I have 881s on the second perch of my tundra billies, and my truck sits perfectly level, 24" hub center to fender in the front.

I thought the 883s were supposed to be longer but the same spring rate as the 881s?

881 and 883 is the same height, but the 883 is rated as 590ftlb spring and the diameter is 1mm larger thickerness too.

Comfort is not an issue for me haha I just want it to sit level
