I was thinking of doing the OEM tundra LC setup but Im not gonna do serious shit so I think im gonna get the PP springs and stuff.

under the rocker panels you mean? sure ill take some pics. its not a big difference... biggest spot to notice the difference is the trailer hitch and the tjm.

those are 305/70/16 procomp mt's.
i would never get a revo or street tread tire in that size... thats a lot of money to spend on big tires that will not do well offroad (revos suck offroad, dont believe anything youve read to the contrary! :biggrin2: )
that said, im sure it would help mileage, but its the weight of the tires that is causing the issue.
i havent yet checked to see how off my speedometer is too... still need to do that.

yeah if i was getting 285s.. its nothing less then a mtr..

Im debating going all the way with my 4runner or saving up for an s2000 or bmw z3 m roadster for some fun on the twisties.

thats not that bad of a gap, perhaps getting some rubber door seal and attaching it between the body and the bumper, just dont know hwo to deal with the gap from the tow hitch, perhaps a bruce ts bumper... not bad lee, im still debating which tires i need to get as a replacement, how do you like those tires your running?

too soon for me to say, but the guy who had em before me liked them a lot -- said they performed well in all weather conditions. i wheeled with him a bit and he did amazingly well with them... so im confident 
as for the hitch, yeah who cares -- its there to save my bumper until i can install a custom one...

i was thinking of trying to get a custom one made here in florida (to save on shipping) to look alot like the bruce ts bumper with a few modifications... i dont want a tire mount on it, i want to move the spare to the roof (for offroading only, otherwise i have AAA)... now i just need to quit having bills and i might have some money to do that, ha...
i was just told that im getting ready to need a new diff in the rear anyways, so at that time im gonna go ahead and throw an ARB or OX in there and replace the gears front and rear. maybe get a lockright for the front since they will already have it open... getting sliders pretty soon now so im getting excited i can mod my truck more!!

nice, yeah i like the brucets bumper.
you can mount your spare, deflated, under the truck. then air it up when you get a flat. thats my plan... just need to get OBA... just a small compressor really.
im told, though, that you can run up to a 285 under there inflated... not sure how true that is as ive never tried.
good idea on the arb... theyre pricey though.
i personally wont be putting a lockright up front... they can kill cv's like no other. if anything, put a selectable up there and be really careful....

yeah i didnt mean a lockright up front, but you know what im talking about, anything selectable thats not an arb... im not rich.
as far as sliders, im gonna have some custom ones fabbed up, i dont know if my guy doesnt know what his stuff is worth or if he doesnt care, but a custom set of sliders for 150-200, im all over it, gonna go ahead and get my gas tank skid fabbed up while im there and then ill be pretty good and armored
