OME vs Coil overs

Mac,
Didn't you mention you were going to switch your rear OME with rear SAW's as well? Do you not like the OME either?

No immediate plans to change for me. The OME in the rear is stiffer than the SAWs in front when I'm not carrying any extra weight and/or passengers but definitely liveable. Under load, the rear is great. I don't think swapping out the rears is worth the $.

Kicks too much for me. I don't have enough weight in the back ever. Even when on multiple night camping trips. I actually popped a decent sized hole (crack) in the plastic on my rear lift gate. The ice chest is my guess, but Blair kept mentioning how much my back was kicking when going fast over bumps and/or washes. The front handles great though. I am switching mine with Icon as it looks now. I do not care to spend $566 on SAW rears ($675+ if you don't have connections). But I can get the Icons for the low $300's.

The kick I could almost live with, but I want to level my truck more without cranking the saw's any further.(They have about 1.5" of thread showing, I don't really want to go near the 2" max). So since the OME provides about 2.5", the logical choice seems to be swapping them with a 2" coil.

Connections are nice!!! HB You wouldn't happen to know of any connections in the SF Bay area would you?
