Just for the heck of it I did some searching on this item, and nothing that came up listed a single spec for this compressor--they just said it WAS a compressor, and was included with the Rancho shock control system. Given that, I think it's a safe bet that this thing couldn't air up the tires on your lawn mower, let alone a truck tire. I found one place that mentioned it pushed 220 psi, but many cheap compressors can hit a high psi--the important info for offroad use is VOLUME, and DUTY CYCLE. You want a long duty cycle time, or simply "continuous", which means it will run until your tires are fully aired up without overheating. You also want a fairly high volume (4-6 is a healthy range--most are lucky to hit 1), which will fill up the tires quickly, limiting the run time of the compressor (and the load on your electrical system, etc.). I doubt that Rancho unit is anywhere in the ballpark of what you need. ARB, ViAir, or similar are much better bets.
