One banjo bolt washer or two?

I had to take my 2014 SR5 in for a timing chain issue a month ago, and it's been dripping a little oil since then. I finally tracked it down to this banjo bolt, which seems to be missing its inside washer. At least, I've never seen a banjo bolt with only one washer...so that's why I'm here asking:

Are there supposed to be two here, or just one and the bolt is just not tight?

I don't want to go full-gorilla on it and do any damage to the AL threads...so could somebody cross-check this with your truck?

A banjo bolt should have a double washer which is held together with a strap between the two washers in some cases to make it easier to install. I have them on my power steering connections. In any case, you need two washers. One on each side.

BLKWTR - Thanks for the reply. Do you have a 5th gen 4Runner? Can you take a quick look at your oil cooler line to see if it looks like this or does it actually have a 2nd washer?

I don't think you are missing anything.. .there is what looks like a very thin washer on the inside. Check the other side of the motor as there is the same connection on the head. I'm pretty sure that is the VVTI oil circuit, so it has high oil pressure pressure....

Factory torque spec is 48 ft/lbs

Thanks for checking guys! I'm taking it back in to the dealership tomorrow since it's under warranty, but it's nice to know it's not a total screw up on their part.
