One touch power windows wont work

After installing my aftermarket stereo and reconnecting my negative battery terminal. My one touch power winodow will not work. I have to hold the button the whole time for the driver side like I would any other window in oder for it to work. I also noticed that the third button on my remote will not roll down the back window either, it just beeps once and nothing else. Does anyone have any ideas. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Roll the window all the way down and then back up shut the car off and it should be ok when you turn it back on.

You have to roll down your driver's window all the way, and hold for about 3-5 seconds. Then roll it all the way back up, and again hold for 3-5 seconds before you release the button. Do the same with the rear window buttons (not the button on the key).

You have to roll down your driver's window all the way, and hold for about 3-5 seconds. Then roll it all the way back up, and again hold for 3-5 seconds before you release the button. Do the same with the rear window buttons (not the button on the key).

if only you could do this for each window and have the auto up/down feature added to all four windows!!!

Ohh Yeah!! Thank. I thought I would have to make a trip to the dealer and loose hundreds of hard earned dollars.
