As we all know, there's practically no bass with the stock non-JBL system. To solve this issue, installed a few new goodies. 
Boston Acoustics gta-400m (400w RMS at 2ohm)
Polk Auidio DXi 12" dual voice coil sub
1 cu.ft. box
After using the Kicker 500.1 before, I'd go back with this amp any day! It's 125w higher RMS and sounds amazing even with the cheaper sub in there. I may go with the Boston Acoustics G2 later, but for now the Polk is doing great and sounds very clean. I only have the amp turned about 1/2 - 3/4 way up and it's more than enough when I crank the output level from the Clarion head unit! All wires were run under the center console and fished under the carpet to under the back seat. That was about the hardest part of the install... not too bad really!
One goal was to not make the trunk unusable, and the box fits on the side with the smaller seat (when pushed into the corner) making it so I can still put down the big side seat for larger objects.
