I'm not sure on the quality, but I can definitely tell you that the bar is photoshopped on the taco in that pic they show in the ad. However, if it does bolt on with ease, it wouldn't be a bad looking edition. Let us know how it turns out when you get it.
 
Thats what i am skeptical on to is the quality Jony, but it is made in Tx. this may be a bad way to look at it but they have a lot of stuff like that there from all the cattle, majority of trucks you see there have some type of aftermarket bumper on them. But that might not mean a darn thing... Im just hoping for the best

I do like the westin, just not a fan of the price... also this one looks a little bit sleeker to me, but I guess I will just have to see it on the truck... I cant wait
 
thats cool, thats the kind of product i would go cheap on. Basically its for cosmetic reasons, and i seriously doubt its going to protect you anymore in an accident so theres really no reason to pay anymore than you did except to have another name plastered on it.

also the taco in the picture looks photochopped, im sure it will look better on your 4runner.
 
I notice that the add makes a note that you must remove the tow hooks in order to make it fit. Unless they can be refitted, i wouldnt be too happy about that. Other than that, it looks nice and would be ok for mounting lights (as long as it doesnt shake/vibrate too much).

yeah i did notice that, but my truck is a 2wd, and I rarely go off-roading, so the tow hook isnt a major concern....

I also agree with you Broncosi... its just cosmetic.. I went to the Hunter website, they say all of there products are SUS 404 stainless, CNC laser cuts and bends... sounds good to me
 
PLease post a pic of it installed, I was looking at the same one. I was thinking about picking it up from their warehouse next time i was in houston. I was hoping they would give a break in price since they offer "free" shiiping on ebay. I thought they might mark the price down since they dont have ot pay to ship it but, no such luck.

Bar just came in mail yesterday.... I have not installed it as it is a gift from my mother for christmas.. I did however go over there and hold it up to the truck just to see... looked great.. will post pics for you around Christmas when she gives it to me.

here are some pics... Install was very easy and did not have to remove tow hooks.. didnt think to take pic of mounts will do shortly though... added clear corners with leds also... looks much much better!

yes it is definitely time for some lights.. just waitn on stores to open back up and then to figure out what I want... I want something more along the lines of a fog light.. b/c I do live in Louisiana and it rains and is foggy all the damn time.. but not exactly sure!
