Opinions on color combo

I have a 2001 sport 4wd silver and am looking at putting both nerf bars and a tacoma bullbar on and was wondering what ya'll thought about doing a chrome bull bar with black nerf bars? any pics would help as well. thanks! the idea from the bullbar came from a member here, sorry I can't remember your name, the pic is attached that gave me the idea...

p.s. mine looks exactly like this guys, minus the running boards but has the hood scoop.

i'd say keep it consistent and go all chrome. it may cost more but i think it will look better with the silver paint of the truck. just my opinion.

i hate chrome, i even went as far as to paint my bumpers when they were chrome.... still have that nasty license plate holder thing. as you can see.... everyone has there own opinion about what looks good, i just dont happen to like chrome, but alot of people do, so its really up to you

i should have mentioned that i hate chrome as well... in fact i'm hoping Toyo gets rid of the chrome grill for the Sport in a year or two when i'm looking to replace mine. i think with the silver paint it would look better than the black but overall, if were my truck and it was a color other than silver i'd go with black. i think even worse than chrome are gold badges.

My opinion is that you should go with all chrome for you color truck. Don;t mix & match black accessories with chrome accessories. It will look like you threw it together with stuff you found.

When my truck is finally delivered, I will be installing a black powdercoat bull bar & black powdercoat rear hitch step. Of course, my truck will be Shadow Mica so the darker color accessories will look better IMO.

yeah def. dont mix and match, perhaps you can pull it off with the chrome, just dont go overboard please!!!

I'd go with the all black. All silver and chrome looks so bland.
