yep old covers are off and replaced. $600 definitely pricey, you can do it yourself but be prepared for a pretty tough project!

Uh yeah man not sure what to tell you but I got my seats done in factory grade leather for 700 from the shop that does all the Toyotas in my area. That was a few years ago but still... And again, unless that leather really settles and tightens up, that's very discernible from factory. If it's too late it's too late, but 1300 for those is robbery. I would go talk to the guys at the shop.
On the other hand if you're happy with it, and it's worth it to you who give a SH#* what anybody else says. I also see you live in Denver so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if prices were higher out there. To each his own.

I've got clazzios and I'm more then happy with them. You paid and you paid in cash so whats done is done. But, I would go back to the shop and say you are not happy with the result and ask them to re-foam them to tighten them up. the way these are fitted is with brand new foam not 10 year old worn down foam. It looks pretty loose evenly and an 1/8 worth of foam glued and formed would make a world of difference. when you have loose leather thats not tight it will crease and stretch the more you use it.
I would ask them to fix this or go to another shop to see what they would charge to do so and bill them. That is a lot of money and looks like he has large margin to compensate you. tell hime you will post pics on yelp, angles list and any other advertising tool that he uses. Good luck and we all made mistakes like this.

Dang, I think they look fine, guess that's the excitement of having a new product or something. Having them removed and adding more foam would probably cost a lot more, but I'll ask. Thing is, I don't even know where specifically to point to to say it looks bad. Is it just the rear? There's a bump where my wallet was on the driver's side, should that not happen? Is is just a general looseness all about?
