Okay so I want a roof rack but I'm broke and can't afford a super nice one so do any of you guys have experience or opinions on this? Shipped it would be 97 bucks...doesn't seem like too bad of a deal and it has decent ratings.

Looks along the same line as the Rola racks.....probably about the same quality. Just to be safe I would probably seal all the joint if you were to pick it up.
