So I'm interested in knowing what owners of new 4runners think of there vehicles so far!
Okay, since no one else has answered....
I've owned each generation of 4Runner starting with the 4th (2007, 2021, 2025), for reference.
I have just over 7k miles on my 2025, I got it back in April so I've had some time in the saddle so to speak. The things I like most about the 6th gen: Engine/transmission -- more powerful, better milage and no more constant shifting on inclines at highway speed. My 5th gen was averaging 4mpg less in overall gas milage, 16 vs 20. On 2 lane highways, I have maxed out at 27mpg.
Fitment of larger tires on stock suspension -- 33's fit with ease.
Seats are more comfortable.
Better tech, even in the lowest trim.

And what things do you not like?

I have 66,000 miles on my 2017 SR5. I now have At tires and factory rock rails. Planning a couple more upgrades when time allows.
Its my first Toyota.
I was disappointed when Toyota replaced my tranny at 48,000 miles due to shudder/chatter caused by flexlock up torque converter failure controlled by tranny valve body.
