Options For More Headroom

I am new here and have a question I hope someone out there may have an answer for.
I have a 99 4runner limited with manual seats and a sunroof. I am 6'3" and find I am short on headroom with the sunroof, non sunroof models are no problem.

Currently I tilt the seat back but that is hard on the neck and back so I am searching for a seat lowering option or a seat replacement option like a competition seat or something like that. I know in some cars like Porsche 911's a competition seat gives an inch or more room.

Anyone else out there experience this and find a solution ?

I didn't think that Limiteds came with manual seats

I'm 6'4 and headroom issues never even came to mind. I have power seats in my Ltd.

im 6'2 and i know what you mean. I cant stand when your hair is rubbing on a cloth type headliner in a car. ive never really had any problems in my 4runner though

i dont see how you guys have problems, i am 6'3" and have a sunroof and never have any issues with headroom. i have my seat all the way slid back and reclined to a comfortable angle... we are big, which means we can sit way back, no need to be all up on the steering wheel
