Hey guys,
I did some searching and found old threads regarding OBF's previous issues after I ordered from them.
It's been 2 years and I image all the kinks have been ironed out by now. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered 2x 4th gen TRD PSD on Jan 4th 2020, it's now Jan 24th 2020, 1 day shy of 3 weeks. Not a word on what's going on.
I reached out to their CS a week ago to see if there was a status update, nothing. I then reached out 3 days later and still nothing so I decided to give them a call. Spoke to a gentleman saying they don't give order updates over the phone or through texts. I told him I emailed their CS a few days ago and he insured me someone would get back to me. 3 days later, nada.
Am I being impatient? (I want to believe that I am) I want to think these things take time to make?
During the purchase it said 6 days UPS ($40 for shipping), It's been 3 weeks.
Sorry for the long post, just appreciate any input!
Update (1/27/20): After waiting for an update that wasn't coming, I decided to put in a PayPal claim. Minutes after I put in the claim, I was FINALLY contacted by their CS rep telling me that the TRD is a custom order and that it will take longer than the non logo version, which I can understand. I didn't see anywhere that stated that directly.
I guess what I was really hoping for was some kind of update, especially since I reached out to them several times. I'm going to proceed with the order and see what happens.
