I know that there were a lot of issues with Orange Boxx and their customer service specifically with their Modular Storage Panels last year around July of 2017 (according to several threads), but I was wondering if anyone has ordered from them recently and if so what has your experience been?

There where some issues a year or more ago but most where over dramatized here on the forum. Go figure right? We've been ordering gear from Orange Boxx for a couple years and have never had a problem with them. In fact, they're one of our favorite venders to buy from. We just picked up their newly released Recon and Overlander rack accessories. Cool stuff!

As stated..the poor guy had some very serious health issues(thank God..recoverable) but has been doing much better.

Thanks for the heads up on the 30% off, just ordered the window racks with the TRD lettering. Website says they are in stock. Will update when I receive them.

I contacted him on Friday of last week and he said that mine should be shipped out today (weather permitting). If you e-mail him and give him your order # he is pretty quick to respond.

Ordered 11/18, received today 12/20. The owner emailed me about a week ago saying the demand was huge and my order was shipping soon. Great customer service and not a bad wait considering the black Friday rush.

The product itself is flawless, no chips in powder coat, all hardware looks great. Will post pics once I install.
