Ordered Toytec Ultimate Lift

I ordered the Toytec Ultimate Lift kit with the 5100 Bilstein shocks. What should I expect when switching from the XREAS? What kind of ride/handling differences should I anticpate. I'm thinking about going with 285/70/17 on 17" alloy FJ wheels.

I've never changed the stock suspension on any vehicle I've ever owned. Any Limited owners who've made the switch care to comment?

Also, is there a market on ebay/craigslist for my old XREAS? What should I ask for?

I had Xreas on my 06 Sport 4x4. I was really never impressed with it.

I pulled it off and went with factory FJ springs/shocks .
The nose dive , handling , body roll we all much better than with Xreas . Thats the way it should be from the factory. It did stiffen my ride quality (to exactly what I liked) and gave me a half inch of lift at all 4 corners .

I don't know much about the kit your ordering as far as ride quality. Just wanted to give my thoughts on Xreas. If I would have known then about Xreas and what I know now I would have pulled it off much sooner.

Harper7 switched out the xreas on his limited for a toytec ultimate I believe or something similar do a search for posts by him for what to anticpate.

I have the same setup as you, 10 limited with Toytec UL, the ride quailty is a little too rough for me, I'm disappoint about it, but someone may likes it feels like a real truck.
