What are you running now, a 16?
Only change the rim if you are actually trying to accomplish something... like trying to get more offset/backspacing or trying to clear the larger brake caliper with a 17. Its worth looking into that now so you dont have to do it twice.
I personally use the smallest rim possible so I can maintain more tasty sidewall.
That said, I would probably buy rims and tires separately ... Not really sure what the TRD tire is, but chances are you can probably make a better choice for whatever application you need it for...
For example a KO2 or nice BFG MT might be in order and probably better than whatever Toyota putts on as an OEM.
You can probably expect to pay about $15-20 per tire for mount and balance at a tire shop if you bough separates.
