We had our first snow here in AR last weekend and I didn't get much of a chance to get out and play. Finally, today once the kids were off to school I headed for the National Forest before the snow was completely gone. This was a great day trip so I thought I would throw a few pics on here. All I had with me was my phone but I think the pics are acceptable.

This is who greeted me the minute I hit dirt.

The Mtn's still have enough snow to make it worth the trip. Quick Vid of the roads.

This is a Vid of the drive to the top of North Fork Pinnacle. Be warned it's about 8:30 min. long.

I hiked to the Vista and was able to grab a few pics.

Great pics man! :bravo: Why did you wait so long to go out?? Couldn't you have just taken your kids out? My daughter LOVES going out for drives in my truck!

The kids had a couple days off due to the snow but I had to work. I work 10's in a 24/7 NOC so we have no snow days. We were able to play a little Sunday afternoon when the snow started but had to hang around town.

Very nice. Thanks for sharing!

John, I'm sure this doesn't compare to the snow you get but it's not bad for AR.
