Installed my winch and decided to test to see if the bumper would move at all under winching

excellent, thanks for posting that...
IMHO its not only the bumper itself, but how/whats its mounted to, IIRC the 4th gen frames are weaker than the 3rd gens.
I do know for a fact, that the frame does flex more on the 4th gens.

I don't want to rain on the parade here but that winch wasn't under any load hardly. Give it a real test and work that winch like you would off-road. My guess is it will flex a little bit, but be fine

I agree. It wasn't meant to be a major stress test but it was nice to see that bumper had zero movement. I think i'm going to try another one and stand on the brakes and see what happens. That or you know, just use it when i'm wheeling.
