Outside temp sensor - Where is it?

We have an '07 Limited. The outside temp reading used to be accurate, but now it's like 10 degrees wrong and useless. I wonder if the sensor might be packed in old dry mud or something. Can anyone tell me where it is? I have no idea what it looks like or where it's mounted.

Anyone have any experience with this? Might a cleaning do the job, or is a replacement necessary (and easy)?

Thanks for any feedback.

Pop your hood. Then look at the front center area in front of the rad on the upright support. Can't get a pic right now but there is one somewhere in the forums.

Right under the word "refraction" is the temp sensor. The pic was originally taken for a transmission cooler post...The post is a sticky in accessories.

Thanks for the help! I found it had broken loose and was wedged in there between the two radiators. No longer a mystery why it was always registering a high temperature. It is now zip-tied back in place, and probably back to its good old accurate self.
