Overhead console or shelf

I'm not sure if such a product exists, but I'm looking for a replacement overhead console for my 4th gen runner. ARB shows one on their website, but I'm not sure if this is a product that available to the US market. See the lower middle or lower right picture at this link:

What I want the ability to do is mount an amateur radio in this location so I'm not having to look down at it. I think this would be a much better solution. I know that other companies make similar full shelf racks for a lot of domestic trucks and suv's, but I've not seen any import products from them. Any ideas?

it IS possible to make your own. but then i can't seem to find a page that has a write-up about it. @ mp3car.com. they installed cd/dvd-rom to the overhead console. and much more projects to it. basically framing the woods and holding it together is the hard part. other than that, you have to take your headliner out plus wire your radio to power it. i'll post another entry if i can find it.
