P0171 clean up

I attempted to do a few things to remedy the p0171 error code the truck was throwing. Many thanks to other members that have detailed the MAF and TB cleaning. After a little maintenance and unhooking the neg battery cable, 10 miles down the road it's showing the trifecta again, cel, vsc trac and trac off. Guess that means I'll pull the code again and try to clean the o2 sensor before investing in any parts. The truck is running better, which is nice.

Follow up

As a follow up to the last post, I also replaced the fuel filter (duralast ff692dl). It fixed the smell of gas wafting out from under the driver side door. Mileage is 121,100.

I would replace maf, I tried the cleaning a couple times then just bought a new MAF and p0171 gone
