P03050 cylinder 5 misfire

No it's more likely something got sucked in the engine since there was scoring in the throttle body and then somehow one of those chunks passed through the supercharger into the cylinder. There's nothing in the supercharger that can break off, it's literally just an aluminum housing (non-magnetic) with solid rotors. It's surprisingly simple.

It appears that a piece of metal came through the throttle intake plate. You can see where those scratches move up and down as they slide further back. What you would get if something got caught on the intake plate and moved up and down with the opening and closing of the throttle. Interesting that you did not notice it at idle. It would not surprise me if you had some damage to the supercharger too. Not necessarily your fault, it could have been in there a while and not come through until the forced induction. Check your airbox too
