p505 problem help??

good morning group . I am asking for help with this p505 code . I have already changed the idle air control valve, both o2 sensors. AN I still keep getting this code . Also fuel mileage is down as well as lack of power. Any and all suggestions is appreciated . TIA , Jeff

Not knowing what year your 4runner is, read this (its for a Tacoma but same engine with drive by wire):

Try resetting the ECU as well and see if it comes back.
