If you have them painted by a shop they can add a flex agent/additive to the paint. It is used in the bumper paint and will not crack. Color-Rite may sell it in a spray can.

I disagree , flex paint is basically designed for urathane bumpers and such. I think mud flap's are going to take way tom much abuse for the paint to stay good for any length in time. They can be painted yes and it would look nice at first, but that's my opinion on what would happen ..
