painted rear bumper side pieces?

are these pieces available? I have a 2002 silver limited and wanted to know if they were sold painted or just chromed or black plastic? I've searched and couldn't find pre-painted replacements. Thanks.

They sell black primer ones at rockauto.com you can take to a body shop to have painted to match. The metal quality is not as good as oem but it's ok. I have a chrome center section of rear bumper from rockauto on mine. Be careful about getting the correct one for your limited fender flares. Here's a link to amazon

I recently had to replace one of my green highlander version. The Toyota factory part can be had unchromed. It's black primer and you have to paint it. I ended up buying my paint from paintscratch.com and it was a great match.
