Painting brake caliper

Got around to painting the front caliper today!! Well 1 out of 4 caliper. Look very nice. but after I got done with one of the front I did not feel so good.:repuke: I think I inhaled to much fume or something. should have open the garage door or window when I was painting it.

i know just that it was really windy out today and did not want crap flying into the garage and getting onto the paint.

I know what you mean. I washed the truck in that wind and I think I ended up washing myself more the the Runner .

From looking at your second pic, it looks like the caliper is a four-piston type. Is this true? I need to inspect my rotors and pads. Coming up on 40k miles.

I painted it with the caliper on the 4R. Yep that bad boyz has 4 piston on it 2 in the front 2 in the back!!!

looks good! did you paint anything else on your 4 runner? i have some spraypaint laying around, and i was thinking of painting some details but didnt want to end up with it looking too tacky?

I use G2 caliper brush on paint kit. $30 ship at hubcapplus.com It's a lot easier and less messier then those spray paint and leave a very nice finish then spary paint. the white brembo letter is a high temp decal I got off ebay made for caliper $11 ship for 6 of them. Thay have TRD decal too for caliper. I wish I can paint letter that good! lol
