I have a '99 4runner with the factory Enkeis. My question is, if I were to paint the wheels what would I do about the hubs, I think they would look weird painted? I was going to paint them black if that is of any help

i painted mine, it was pretty easy and cost about 40 bucks, so first you use a scuff pad remove all the shine, second use wet sandpaper about 200-300grit sand it down and make sure to go over the small coners, wash it down with dish washing soap and rinse. let it dry then do 2-3 coats of primer to get a smooth serface, make sure to give at least 30 minutes between each coat, and paint in a warm and nonwindy place, after primer you can use what ever color you like, i like to use semi gloss engine paint instead of rim paint, because they last longer, after that you can either use or not use a layer of clear coat paint(gives it a shiney finish, but will fade with time), make sure you dont drive it for at least a day and park it in a gerage.

i dunno, maybe its just the hubs, but my hubs have the enkei logos on them. this was my moms 4runner and i know she never got new wheels
