Panhard bar drop kit needed after lift?

I just ordered my Toytec Ultimate lift kit and figured I'd order the Panhard drop kit at the same time. I read mixed reviews, some say its a must and some say its not needed at all. What do you guys think? Since the Ultimate kit is on back order I can still cancel the panhard drop if I need to.

i too debated and went without it, definitely was not needed for my setup.
