Paragon Adventure Park may close!

Paragon Adventure Park in PA is in a legal dispute with the land owner who wants to shut them down to sell the property.
Paragon is one of the largest offroading /4wding parks in the east.

My friend and i are heading down on saturday early. hoping to get something done. this will be the first time weve both gone down so hopefully nothing breaks.

If you've never been to PAP, here's the online version of an article in Off-Road magazine on Toyotas wheeling at Paragon.

It's a great place to wheel and it would be a shame to loose it.

Sadly it looks like they have lost their legal battle and have been ordered to vacate the premises immediately.
Apparently there are major plans for an airport to be built at the site, so you can imagine the support that has from big business and developers and government. You can also imagine the level of nastiness they will go to to get their way.

i just checked their website and it doesn't say anything about them closing down immediately. i wonder if we could organize a meet there before it closes?

Go for it! I'll definately come. I went there on the weekend just gone and had a great day.
If you read through the forum on their site theres a thread that dissusses the land issues that they've been having. Looks like the legal battles are stalled for a while and Paragon will probably be open till mid year.

im getting new tires soon and id love to break em in over there. and not worry about the terrain, becaus let me tell you. on that benefit run on feb. 3rd. i almost pissed myself. Turtle Trail turned into a 7 difficulty from a 2. out of 10 mind you. the trail guide was scared for himself as for us.
