Parking brake light comes on and off

I searched but couldnt find anything about this. I bought a 97 4R and it runs great, but there are 2 things that kinda bug me. First is the antenna doesnt seem to work, the motor doesnt come on, so im assuming it needs to be replaced, but that's another issue. The second is that the parking brake light comes on and then will turn off at random, like if i hit a bump in the road it will go off or come on but usually only for a few seconds. Anyone have an idea what might be causing this and a remedy?

i havent noticed either of these in my 97 yet, but i used to drive a celica, and with my brothers tacoma we had the brake issue to. with both of ours it was due to the fact that our brake fluid was low. not low like they werent going to work any time soon. i mean we both needed to add about two tablespoons of fluid. apparently the toyota sensors are really sensitive. the comming on and off might be form it sloshing around in its resevoir.

Check your brake fluid level, if its a little low fill it on up between the lines, my 99 4runner did that too and problem solved.
