Parking Brake light, VSC/ Trac OFF - No codes

Last week, the parking brake light, VSC and trac off lights came on on my dashboard. My battery was struggling in the negative to single degree January weather, so I was hoping it was a low voltage problem.

Ive replaced the battery and the lights are still on. My OBD2 does CEL, ABS and the only code is for a bad ECU in the key.

Any one have any thoughts where to go to figure out why this is on or what the 4r might be indicating as an issue?

PS ive tried engaging and disengaging the parking/ emergency brake a few times and that didnt help.

Have you checked your brake fluid?

No - it is low in the reservoir. That was probably in the manual. Thanks for the that.

Hopefully one of my lines isnt corroded or damaged
