I think that's either the piece that opens/closes the vent for your feet, or changes to circulating air/fresh air.

Move those two switches around a bit and you should be able to figure it out :llama:

Yeah i think it controls the vent for your feet. Sorry, the image above should be rotated 90 deg clockwise.

Any idea cost to fix this annoying sound?

If it is what I think it is, then it's called a blend door actuator. Most cars have 3-4 of them. Controls the a/c vent doors.

EDIT: I didn't see that you were referring to the white piece. Chrysler calls it a door lever, again for your blend doors.

Yep this is correct. It's a blend motor/servo. I get a lot of requests for these, they're very fragile.
