part left over!

My 1997 4 Runner is finally back together after a bad water leak caused by a failed (non-original) water pump. We had thought it was caused by a head gasket leak, so took off both heads, but that probably wasn't such a bad idea at 149k miles.

Anyhoo, it is the 3.4Litre V6, 5VZFE engine.

There seems to be one part left over! (isn't there always?). We cannot see it in the Chilton's manual.

Can anyone help us identify what exactly it is and where it is supposed to be located?

It looks like the cable clip that sits below the crank shaft, I think. I didn't have to remove mine to do the job, so I haven't seen the part from this angle

All it does is holds the throttle cable and kick down cable. I'm not running mine, and have had no ill effects.
