Does anyone have an idea of what Toyota part number this would be and where to purchase?
Sorry if this is an easy question to answer, this is my first Toyota.

Don't think so, looks like you can take the socket out form the outside and slide the cover over it..

Number 12 in the picture..

You're right, looks like I can hopefully pry out the outlet and slide the cover's on.

Just ordered the covers. I will let you know how it goes.

Oh ok, the picture is huge on my monitor at work..

Anyway, those sockets usually turn about an 1/8 turn one way and then pull out? or maybe these can just get pulled out?

I change this cover already and I have to remove whole console and disassembly outlet connectors from back side, then slide out inner metal piece and finally remove cover bezel from console
