I'm throwing in the towel on trying to find how to fix my issue.... any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I've searched the forum and the Google box! I can't for the life of me get the seal back on.

Use some armor all or dish soap and water( Not Laundry detergent)
Rub it on both surfaces and apply.

Hi WabdaQ,

There should be 'A Latch' that holds the black plastic exterior electrical harness tightly on the white interior flange, that MUST be released before it can be reconnected to the firewall... I'd check that and see 'before' you go crazy trying to reconnect the conduit halves back together!

rig, Cheers!

I'll give it another good look over before busting out the lube.. it looks like that white flange has a release to break into two halves but feeling inside makes me think it wouldn't fit back in if it was pulled out. Was really hoping it would be like the smaller ones on the vehicle that you pull out, assemble, then smash back in (life the rear hatch).

...The latching conduit should be on the Black plastic flexible split loom, not on the stationary white molding; you'll get it!

cheers, rig
