Part Number - Rear Bumper

Greetings.

I just got a 2000 4Runner. It has a couple cosmetic issues I am trying to address.

What is the OEM Part Number for the Chrome Center Portion of the Rear Bumper Assemble. I am going to order one and want to make sure I get the correct one....

Is there a site on the www or a .pdf version of a Gen 3 Parts Manual available? I could not find one via search on the forum.
