Awsome guy to deal with, good products, good prices. Center console arrived. My wife hates me spending money on the truck, but she was genuinely happy to see the cup holders in the thing. Seat belts were nice too.

I am not going to take apart the overhead console just to sell the sunglass door. I would sell as an assy as previous stated.

Switches are $5/ea if you buy the overhead console, $10/ea if not and do NOT come with woodgrain bezels. Shipping is $12 with the console, $6 without.

With overhead console, switches, and shipping, your total would be $47

Just switches is $26 total.

It would cost me more in gas to get to the post office than that is worth, sorry! However, you can get them from a local dealer for about $20-$25, depending on how much your dealer is gouging.
